Caesar\u2019s Palace is located in the Southern part of Galway, about a minute or so from the beach and the sea. It advertises itself as the city\u2019s favourite amusement arcade and bingo hall but is actually so much more than that. It is a great place to spend some time with a top atmosphere and plenty of casino games to choose from.<\/p>\n
The place is open from nine in the morning until six in the morning seven days a week, meaning that you can enjoy some fun and responsible casino action whenever you fancy. Caesar\u2019s Palace is mostly about the computerised devices and that includes the Blackjack. It\u2019s no less fun, of course, as the machines do all of the hard work for you so you don\u2019t need to sit there trying to figure out how much you need to bet!<\/p>\n

These are great fun if you\u2019ve never used them before, not least because you don\u2019t have to make polite conversation with the people around you if you don\u2019t want to. The games machines are the draw in the casino, but the bingo room is arguably the main attraction at Caesar\u2019s Palace. You can play both book and electronic bingo and there are games on every single night of the week. Unlike the rest of the casino the bingo hall opens at seven with early bird events at 7.30pm and 8pm and the main game taking place at 8.30pm. Your best bet is to take along a photo ID, such as your driving license or passport. If you\u2019d like to be doubly safe then you might also consider taking a recent utility bill with you too. There\u2019s an excellent player rewards scheme in place at Caesar\u2019s Palace. In fact, it\u2019s probably no exaggeration to say it\u2019s one of the best in Ireland. It\u2019s called the Vantage Club and there are three different levels to the scheme. Gold is the standard membership and provides such joys as members-only promotions, whilst Platinum sees you get a welcome pack and special offers on your birthday. Diamond is the top-level package and here you\u2019ll enjoy everything that the other two levels provide, as well as a Diamond welcome pack and discounts for the bingo.<\/p>\n
Caesar\u2019s Palace is right on the bottom end of town, not far from the bottom of Claude Toft Park. Galway\u2019s aquarium is just minutes away on foot with Christ the King\u2019s church being almost visible from the casino\u2019s front door. You\u2019re also probably about five-minutes away from Pearse Stadium \u2013 County Galway\u2019s main GAA stadium.<\/p>\n
If you\u2019re all about the public transport, then you\u2019ll be pleased to know that there are a number of bus stops within walking distance of the casino. The closest is unquestionable Salthill Road \/ Upper Galway, which is virtually outside the front door of Caesar\u2019s Palace. Slightly further afield, but with a nice view of the bay, is the Tourist Office \/ Seapoint Promenade stop.
