Casino Games

SLOTS

The ground floor of the casino is given over to some of the newest and most advanced electronic gaming machines in Ireland. Whether you’re a long-time user of the devices or a first-timer hoping to find your way, you’ll find a brilliant variety of slots including traditional lever operated ones.

BLACKJACK

The downstairs area of the D1 Club is where you’ll find the live gaming area. One of the most popular of the live games in any casino is BlackJack and it’s no different at the D1 Club. Known by some as ‘Pontoon’, there are a couple of tables where you can take on the dealer and try your luck.

ROULETTE

There are two types of roulette that you can play at the D1 Club: Electronic or table. The king of casino games is present on the ground floor with a number of computerised Roulette Jeu tables, should you feel intimidated about sitting down and playing at the physical table. If you’d rather experience the real thing then there are two European roulette tables for you to enjoy.

OTHER GAMES

There’s only one other game to speak of at the D1 Club: Electronic poker. Obviously, the real game will be what most people are interested in, but if you’re a more casual poker player then you might want to take on the computer at five card draw poker on one of the machines on the ground floor.

Poker

Away from the electronic side of the poker world, there’s nothing quite like the real thing. Poker is serious business at the D1 Club and there are numerous ways that you can indulge your love for the game. As well as several tables that host Texas Hold’em matches and tournaments, there are also smaller area where you can take on the dealers in Omaha, 3 Card and 5 Card varieties of the game.

There are nightly cash games of Texas Hold’em on the club’s tables and there also tournaments that you can take part in five nights a week. Tournaments on a Saturday have a €1000 guaranteed jackpot, for example, with €1500 being up for grabs on a Wednesday. Sufficed to say, if you’re a fan of poker then the D1 Club has got you covered.

There is neither a bar nor a restaurant at the D1 Club, though there is a small kitchen area where you can enjoy complimentary hot drinks and some soft drinks. You can get a beer or a glass of wine in the gaming area and snacks and refreshments are also available.
